Our review
The Initiatives set is the simpler sibling: two pans instead of three, at the same $36. That maths only works in your favour if you genuinely don't need the third size, which is a fair position for one or two people who cook simply.
Heat distribution across the aluminium base is even, which is the property that matters most in a nonstick pan — hot spots are what scorch one side of an omelette. The handles are comfortable and it's dishwasher safe, though hand washing extends any nonstick coating's life regardless of what the label allows.
What it lacks compared to its sibling is the Thermo-Spot preheat indicator, which is a real if small loss for anyone still learning pan temperature. It shares the induction incompatibility, and its warranty terms are weaker than premium brands offer.
